Last night we went to our friend’s house for a BBQ. They have a new playground in their yard. All the kiddos had a blast. While we parents were chatting and watching them, I saw Ethan take a tumble to the ground off the double rings. His face hit the ground, which thankfully was rubber chips. I ran over to pick him up and saw blood…a lot of it. Figuring he bit his lip, we went to the sink and our friends were so sweet to get him ice, ice water, etc. He was scared seeing all of the blood. It was staining his whole long white sleeve and my arm so he was clearly aware of the ouchie. As I was helping him put ice to his mouth, I saw his TWO top teeth were missing. One had been really loose and was ready to fall out. The other? Not so sure how loose it was. But, they are both baby teeth and were going to come out eventually. Really hope he can hang onto his grownup teeth!!!!!!!!!! After he calmed down and was given a popsicle treat, all was better. He was excited for the tooth fairy to visit. Two at one time. Though we did leave her a note stating that the second tooth was lost during his ouchie. Luckily a friend found the one tooth. Wonder if he swallowed the other one?!
So, $4 more dollars have been added to his Tooth Fairy savings!
