Chicago!
The superheroes, packed and ready to head to the airport with coordinating Superman/Batman roller backpacks from John and Susie. Even Charlie had a Superman scarf. The theme was a hit throughout the airport-so many families wanted to meet “SuperDog”.
We had a great travel day into Chicago. All the critters did so well. We enjoyed an afternoon with John and Sue. They had all kinds of Superhero treats for all the boys. That night they headed out for their cruise vacation. Sounds like it’s off to a great start. Can’t wait to see the photos of their Baltic Sea voyage!

All the cousins in birth order at the Moyer backyard. The boys thought it was so cool Nolan and Mason have a park in their yard!
The boys are having a great time playing with their cousins, taking golf cart rides, and playing outside. The thunderstorms haven’t kept us from enjoying the pool. Tyler isn’t so much about swimming but Ethan already mastered the slide and goes down by himself. He loves it! Tyler begged to go down the slide and oh my, bad idea. I agreed and took him down…terror. Don’t think he’ll be doing that again anytime soon. The water to the face was not appreciated. He’s more of a shallow end water gun kind of guy.
Abby and Charlie are good little buddies and always together. They each pick one of the boys to snuggle against. Super cute.
We had a fun pool day with Nana and Papa last weekend and had a fun lunch with Papa yesterday. We are getting packed up again to head to the lake with my folks and Uncle Pat. The boys keep talking about going on the “boat vacation”.
John is out of town on business and gets back Friday. He’s been traveling like crazy-can’t wait to have some quality family time next week! So looking forward to fireworks and lakeside coronas!
