Charlie’s Ears

We spent what felt like an eternity in that teeny tiny exam room.

The vet confirmed what I already knew. Charlie has an ear (yeast) infection. For what they charged, I would have been fine just skipping to the whole give-me-the-medicine part. It was quite clear from his yelps when he scratched his ear and the fact that it smells funky. Poor pup. He’ll be on two ear treatments for two weeks. Westies are really prone to ear infections and luckily this is his first. From hips to ears, we are keeping the animal pharmaceutical companies happy!

Here is the patient, all snuggled in next to me as I type this. Love that snuggle puppy!
